About the role
- You are the primary point of contact for our customers and communicate with them by phone and email
- You guide customers through onboarding on the platform, from placing bids to completing successful purchases
- You actively solicit offers for vehicles on our platform
- You contribute actively to the development of our sales strategy and work closely with the sales team to implement and optimize operational processes
Requirements
- You are an experienced sales professional and the phone is your tool of choice
- You have excellent communication skills and strong negotiation abilities
- You enjoy working independently and have a strong service orientation
- You are motivated to continuously improve and want to grow together with the team and the company
- Your working style is solution-oriented and you are willing to go the extra mile to overcome challenges
- You speak German at native level
