About the role
- Creation and ongoing development of reports, forecasts and analyses
- Support for monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings
- Analysis of variances and formulation of concrete recommendations for action
- Enhancement of existing reporting structures and KPI systems
- Close collaboration with business units and international teams
- Participation in projects, e.g., to optimize processes and tools
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, finance, controlling or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in controlling (ideally within a corporate/group environment)
- Strong numerical skills and a solid understanding of interdependencies and business models
- Proficient in Excel and common reporting tools
- Structured, independent way of working
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
