About the role
- Support and participate in the annual IT budgeting and forecasting process in close cooperation with business units and international entities
- Control and monitor IT costs and investments at group and country level
- Assist in calculating IT project costs, including maintaining and updating valuation bases
- Support internal chargeback processes as well as invoice verification and processing
- Prepare and follow up analyses, decision documents and presentations for IT management
- Contribute to the further development of controlling and reporting tools and produce ad-hoc analyses
- Optional — depending on experience: supporting activities in the IT project or project-portfolio area (time, cost, quality)
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable commercial qualification with a focus on controlling
- Initial to several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally with an IT focus
- Basic understanding of IT structures and interrelationships
- Very confident use of Excel; initial experience with reporting tools is an advantage
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Confluence, MS Project or similar) desirable but not mandatory
- Very good German and good English skills
- Structured, independent way of working and enjoyment of working with numbers and analyses
