About the role

  • Support and participation in the annual IT budget and forecast process in close cooperation with business units and international entities
  • Controlling of IT costs and investments at group and country level
  • Support in calculating IT project costs, including maintaining and updating valuation bases
  • Support for internal service billing as well as invoice verification and processing
  • Preparation and follow-up of reports, decision documents and presentations for IT management
  • Contribution to the development of controlling and reporting tools and preparation of ad-hoc analyses
  • Optional – depending on experience: supporting activities in the IT project or project portfolio area (time, cost, quality)

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable commercial qualification with a focus on controlling
  • One to several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally with an IT focus
  • Basic understanding of IT structures and interrelationships
  • Very confident user of Excel; initial experience with reporting tools is an advantage
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Confluence, MS Project, etc.) desirable but not mandatory
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Structured, independent working style and enjoyment of working with numbers and analyses
