About the role

  • Further development and operational implementation of the digital marketing strategy with a focus on web, performance and growth
  • Responsibility for the website landscape (structure, content, UX, conversion optimization) in close collaboration with content and digital colleagues
  • Planning, management and optimization of online marketing activities (e.g., paid, SEO/SEA, campaigns, landing pages)
  • Analysis of relevant KPIs, user behavior and conversion rates and deriving concrete actions
  • Close collaboration with internal stakeholders (marketing, communications, IT, and, where applicable, external service providers)
  • Management of external partners and agencies
  • Active contribution to growth and digitization initiatives within the marketing area

Requirements

  • Degree in marketing, communications, media, business/economics or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in digital marketing, ideally with a focus on web, performance or growth
  • Strong understanding of digital channels, user journeys and data-driven optimization
  • Experience working with content teams, developers and external service providers
  • Analytical thinking, a structured working approach and a good sense for target audiences
  • Hands-on mentality combined with a strategic perspective
  • Very good German language skills; English skills are an advantage
