About the role

  • Sub-project lead for implementing the EU Pay Transparency Directive — from planning through implementation
  • Establish, manage and coordinate the project structure: define milestones and align with relevant business units, the PMO, and external partners
  • Documentation & risk management: create transparent project documentation and assess potential risks
  • Conduct workshops and present results and progress updates — including to management
  • Prepare project-related reports for internal committees
  • Work as part of a five-person HR team and contribute to other HR projects

Requirements

  • Degree in HR, business psychology, business administration or an equivalent qualification
  • At least five years' experience in HR with a strong focus on project work
  • Excellent German and English skills at a professional level — both languages are used actively in daily work
  • Structured and calm under pressure, self‑responsible, solution-oriented, team‑oriented, communicative and pragmatic
  • Confident user of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
