About the role
- Establish structure: You develop and maintain group-wide policies for license management and ensure their consistent implementation.
- Advise & train: You serve as the point of contact for business units on all matters relating to licenses, compliance and contract drafting.
- Keep costs under control: You analyze licensing models, assess license volumes and ensure transparency and cost-efficiency for licensing expenses.
- Support contracts: Together with internal partners, you draft and review license agreements and ensure clear, legally sound provisions.
- Build systems: You support the implementation of a modern SAM (Software Asset Management) system and establish sustainable processes.
- Create transparency: You prepare regular reports and derive recommendations for management.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in license management, ideally in an international environment
- Solid knowledge of licensing models, vendors and SAM systems
- Analytical, structured way of thinking and a good understanding of processes and compliance
- Very good German and English skills and a confident manner when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- Careful, independent working style and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
