About the role
- Rethink reporting: You develop dashboards, reports and self-service solutions with Power BI that support decision-making across the entire company.
- Automate & optimize: You design efficient, digital reporting processes and create transparency through modern data models.
- Analyze & interpret: You translate complex data into clear insights that form the basis for strategic decisions.
- Connect & integrate: You connect various systems (ERP, CRM, databases, Excel), ensure data quality and continuously develop interfaces.
- Design & implement: In cross-functional projects, you actively drive digital transformation in controlling.
Requirements
- Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Finance or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in BI, reporting or data analytics
- Confident use of Power BI, Excel and database systems
- Business-fluent German and English (absolute requirement — both languages are used daily)
- Analytical thinking, technical understanding and enthusiasm for new digital solutions
- Independent, structured working style and a high degree of initiative
