About the role

  • Serve as a senior delivery leader driving excellence across multiple teams and strategic initiatives
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in delivery methodologies, tools, and practices
  • Lead the evolution of delivery standards, foster community engagement, and provide hands-on support for complex projects
  • Champion delivery excellence across teams and projects, aligning execution with strategic objectives
  • Develop and maintain toolkits and frameworks to support scalable, consistent delivery
  • Mentor and coach Delivery Managers, driving maturity and consistency across teams
  • Provide executive-level reporting on portfolio performance, risks, and dependencies
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure alignment and delivery success

Requirements

  • Proven success leading large-scale delivery efforts and building team maturity
  • Deep expertise in Agile and project management methodologies with strong adoption skills
  • Ability to manage interdependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and strategic thinking abilities
  • Strong understanding of governance, procurement, and third-party processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
  • 7+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years in senior delivery leadership
  • Master’s degree is a plus
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, SAFe, CSM, PMI-ACP) are a plus
