Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a senior delivery leader driving excellence across multiple teams and strategic initiatives
Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in delivery methodologies, tools, and practices
Lead the evolution of delivery standards, foster community engagement, and provide hands-on support for complex projects
Champion delivery excellence across teams and projects, aligning execution with strategic objectives
Develop and maintain toolkits and frameworks to support scalable, consistent delivery
Mentor and coach Delivery Managers, driving maturity and consistency across teams
Provide executive-level reporting on portfolio performance, risks, and dependencies
Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure alignment and delivery success

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven success leading large-scale delivery efforts and building team maturity
Deep expertise in Agile and project management methodologies with strong adoption skills
Ability to manage interdependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and strategic thinking abilities
Strong understanding of governance, procurement, and third-party processes
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
7+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years in senior delivery leadership
Master’s degree is a plus
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, SAFe, CSM, PMI-ACP) are a plus
