About the role
- Your goal is to design the Information Security Management area at carmasec to be future-proof and commercially successful.
- At the same time, you promote the professional development of employees and ensure the achievement of revenue targets.
- You develop the vision and strategy for your area of responsibility.
- You are responsible for the Information Security Management portfolio at carmasec.
- You work with executive management to develop strategies for the company’s long-term success.
- You coordinate content for external communication with stakeholders such as Marketing and Sales.
- You define methodological frameworks for customer projects.
- You maintain an overview of ongoing projects and the professional expertise of the team in your area.
- You make decisions regarding the personnel development of the area.
- You are responsible for the area’s revenue planning.
- You decide on strategic partnerships and the professional training of employees.
- You prioritize projects and ensure strategic alignment in line with corporate objectives.
- You lead your own consulting projects in the context of information security with our clients.
Requirements
- You are self-organized and can plan work processes efficiently.
- Your leadership skills and communication strengths set you apart.
- You have several years of practical experience in information security or IT risk management.
- You understand market and customer requirements and develop sustainable solutions based on that understanding.
- Confident handling of consulting methods such as time management, project and client management, and quality management.
- Experience in the technical leadership of employees.
- Experience in leading and strategically developing a business area is a plus.
- Agile mindset and initial experience with agile methods such as OKR or Scrum.
