About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform a variety of routine direct patient care duties to assist medical and nursing staff in the examination and treatment of patients.
- Maintains patient care environment and supplies to ensure patient privacy and safety.
- Rooming Patients (Taking vitals, going through medication/allergies)
- Assisting providers with minor procedures
- Stocking/closing down rooms
- Removing splints/casts, dressing applications, staple and suture removals
- Prepping unsterile instruments to be sent out to SPD DME fittings
- Collects and processes specimens accurately
- MRI screening
Requirements
What you’ll need- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days - American Heart Association (AHA)
- H.S. Diploma/GED (Required)
