About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and implement onboarding and ongoing training programs
- Conduct training sessions on compliance, denial analysis, payor rules, provider portals/trackers/websites
- Collaborate with leadership to identify performance gaps and develop targeted training solutions
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics

Requirements
