Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree: Administrative or Information Systems or Program Management or Related Field
- 5 years of leadership experience
- Large-scale system implementations, governance, and optimization experience
- Strategic Planning experience
- Strong understanding of HR, Finance, Payroll and healthcare compliance processes
