Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate relocation of new Professional Staff and APPs
Completes requirements for pre-hires of Professional Staff and APPs, i.e., obtaining necessary documents, I-9 completion, scheduling pre-employment physicals, obtaining security access/badges
Schedules for and conducts onboarding/orientation sessions
Orders, assembles and distributes new provider welcome kits
Provides follow-up to new staff by conducting check-ins and onboarding surveys
Processes immigration paperwork as directed by Manager - Provider Services and external legal counsel
Assists Manager - Provider Services with recruitment efforts for Professional Staff/APP leaders
Supplements activities of Recruitment Services Specialists as needed
