💰 $35 - $60 per hour
About the role
- Administers occupational therapy treatment to the patient according to the prescription and/or care of the referring physician in a professional manner.
- Screens or reviews potential patient cases, to determine the need for evaluation and treatment.
- Evaluates patients/clients, as ordered by the referring physician, obtaining and interpreting data necessary for treatment.
- Reassess and updates treatment plans and goals with revision as needed.
- Provides documentation as required by the profession and department.
Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days - American Heart Association (AHA)
- Bachelor's Degree: Occupational Therapy (Required)
