About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for pathology workflows
- Conduct comprehensive onsite and virtual pathology workflow assessments
- Partner with pathology laboratories to improve specimen management and laboratory workflow efficiency
- Develop consultative recommendations to improve specimen quality and operational performance
- Collaborate with Commercial teams to assess customer operational needs
- Build and maintain relationships with pathology laboratory leadership
- Lead onsite customer engagements and operational reviews with laboratory leadership
- Monitor customer progress following implementation and recommend corrective actions
- Develop and deliver educational programs for pathology personnel
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or related STEM discipline
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in pathology operations, laboratory operations, healthcare consulting, or related healthcare environment
- Demonstrated experience conducting customer-facing workflow assessments
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate operational data into actionable recommendations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Ability to travel extensively to support onsite customer engagements
- Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills
