Account Executive
Caris Life SciencesAccount Executive responsible for driving awareness and utilization of MI Clarity, an AI-powered prognostic assay in oncology. Collaborating with healthcare providers and stakeholders to optimize patient care through innovative precision medicine.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Educate healthcare providers and care teams on the clinical utility, prognostic value, and evidence supporting MI Clarity.
- Present clinical data, validation studies, and evidence-based insights.
- Conduct in-person and virtual educational programs.
- Position MI Clarity as a clinical decision-support tool that optimizes patient care.
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare system.
- Identify and engage key opinion leaders within target accounts.
- Support implementation of testing workflows within healthcare systems.
- Analyze territory and account performance data.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation, forecasting, and account activity records.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, and other internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences or healthcare-related field preferred.
- 3+ years of successful sales experience in one or more of the following: Oncology, Diagnostics, Molecular Testing, Pathology, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical sales
- Strong understanding of breast cancer treatment pathways and oncology terminology.
- Proven ability to build relationships with healthcare providers and health systems.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to interpret and communicate clinical data.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory.
- Experience selling oncology diagnostics or precision medicine solutions preferred.
- Existing relationships within oncology or breast centers preferred.
- Experience launching new products or assays preferred.
- Familiarity with pathology workflows and digital pathology preferred.
- Knowledge of prognostic and predictive breast cancer assays preferred.
- Provider engagement and educational activity preferred.
- Successful workflow implementation within target accounts preferred.
- Territory growth and market penetration preferred.
- CRM accuracy and activity execution preferred.
