About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Educate healthcare providers and care teams on the clinical utility, prognostic value, and evidence supporting MI Clarity.
- Present clinical data, validation studies, and evidence-based insights.
- Conduct in-person and virtual educational programs and lead consultative discussions on risk stratification and treatment planning.
- Position MI Clarity as a clinical decision-support tool that optimizes patient care.
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including medical oncologists, breast surgeons, and pathologists.
- Identify and engage key opinion leaders within target accounts.
- Support implementation of testing workflows and operational integration.
- Analyze territory performance data to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences or healthcare-related field preferred.
- 3+ years of successful sales experience in one or more of the following: Oncology, Diagnostics, Molecular Testing, Pathology, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical sales
- Strong understanding of breast cancer treatment pathways and oncology terminology.
- Proven ability to build relationships with healthcare providers and health systems.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to interpret and communicate clinical data.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory.
