About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Educate healthcare providers and care teams on the clinical utility, prognostic value, and evidence supporting MI Clarity.
  • Present clinical data, validation studies, and evidence-based insights.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual educational programs and lead consultative discussions on risk stratification and treatment planning.
  • Position MI Clarity as a clinical decision-support tool that optimizes patient care.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including medical oncologists, breast surgeons, and pathologists.
  • Identify and engage key opinion leaders within target accounts.
  • Support implementation of testing workflows and operational integration.
  • Analyze territory performance data to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences or healthcare-related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of successful sales experience in one or more of the following: Oncology, Diagnostics, Molecular Testing, Pathology, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical sales
  • Strong understanding of breast cancer treatment pathways and oncology terminology.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with healthcare providers and health systems.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate clinical data.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory.
