Account Executive
Caris Life SciencesAccount Executive responsible for driving awareness and adoption of MI Clarity. Collaborating with oncologists and healthcare systems to optimize patient care and increase utilization.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Account Executive – MI Clarity is responsible for driving awareness, adoption, and utilization of MI Clarity, an AI-powered prognostic assay designed to assess both early and late distant recurrence risk in postmenopausal patients with HR-positive/HER2-negative, node-negative early-stage breast cancer.
- Partner with oncologists, breast surgeons, pathologists, nurse navigators, and healthcare systems to educate stakeholders on the clinical value of the test.
- Integrate the assay into clinical workflows and increase appropriate utilization.
- Educate healthcare providers and care teams on the clinical utility, prognostic value, and evidence supporting MI Clarity.
- Present clinical data, validation studies, and evidence-based insights.
- Conduct in-person and virtual educational programs.
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to drive awareness, adoption, and utilization of MI Clarity.
- Analyze territory and account performance data to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences or healthcare-related field preferred.
- 3+ years of successful sales experience in one or more of the following: Oncology, Diagnostics, Molecular Testing, Pathology, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical sales
- Strong understanding of breast cancer treatment pathways and oncology terminology.
- Proven ability to build relationships with healthcare providers and health systems.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to interpret and communicate clinical data.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory.
- Experience selling oncology diagnostics or precision medicine solutions preferred.
- Existing relationships within oncology or breast centers preferred.
- Experience launching new products or assays preferred.
- Familiarity with pathology workflows and digital pathology preferred.
- Knowledge of prognostic and predictive breast cancer assays preferred.
