About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the development, implementation, and adoption of the training program within Caris Life Sciences
Report to the Senior Director of Commercial Education and work closely with the Commercial Education Team, Sales Leadership Team, Marketing, and field-based personnel
Responsible for all content creation and updating relating to new products and updated product features
Act as a liaison for the Commercial Education team and the Marketing team, ensuring the sales team is educated on new products, features, and messaging
Develop, manage, and deploy core curriculum for new hires and continuous training for existing sales team
Design and facilitate training classes as necessary
Regularly assess performance of the commercial team and identify training needs and competency gaps
Organize, lead, and present virtual and in-person trainings when requested
Field travel with members of the commercial team to learn about challenges that can be supported by training and provide coaching feedback
Create clear, well-written communications and training documents

Requirements

What you’ll need

Training and development experience in a biotech or healthcare related field
A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in healthcare related field
Experience successfully coaching others
Proven ability to effectively present to small and large audiences
Must be a self-starter requiring little supervision
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
Proficient computer skills, which must include: Learning Management System course and curriculum creation, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Ability to travel up to 25%
