About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Development, implementation, and adoption of the training program within Caris Life Sciences.
Ensure peak performance of the commercial group toward achieving company goals.
Report to the Director of Training and work closely with the Commercial Education Team.
Design and facilitate training classes as necessary.
Regularly assess performance of the commercial team and identify training needs.
Organize, lead, and present virtual and in-person trainings when requested.
Field travel with commercial team members to learn about challenges and provide coaching feedback.
Collaborate with Learning & Technology vendors.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Training and development experience in a biotech or healthcare related field.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a healthcare sales.
Experience successfully coaching others.
Proven ability to effectively present to small and large audiences.
Must be a self-starter requiring little supervision.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
Proficient computer skills, which must include: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Ability to travel up to 30%.
