  • Defining the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for early cancer detection products
  • Develop branding and the persona of early detection products

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of marketing/commercialization experience
  • Early Detection in Cancer experience a plus
  • Experience in marketing Oncology Laboratory Developed Tests and bringing new products to market
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with thought leaders in the field
  • Understanding experience in direct-to-consumer marketing
  • Experience in collaborating with external vendors to drive outcomes
  • Excellent strategic and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work across all levels in the organization to drive projects to completion
  • Must be well organized and can meet deadlines and perform under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
  • Must be a strategic problem-solver, and influencer with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Establishes credibility with intellectually demanding audiences; Demonstrates confidence and commitment to effectively influence and lead; excellent spokesperson possessing strong oral and written communications skills.
  • Must be an agile, innovative, self-reliant and creative strategist with a desire to make a broader impact and inspire transformation.
