About the role
- Provide strategic leadership for the design, development, and execution of enablement programs.
- Lead a team responsible for enterprise-wide onboarding, curriculum design, content strategy, and performance enablement.
- Partner closely with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Research & Development.
- Ensure that all commercial teams are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and capabilities to deliver the Caris value story.
- Champion a data-driven approach to enablement, defining and reporting on key performance indicators.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive experience in commercial enablement, learning & development, or field training, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success leading enablement strategy within life sciences, diagnostics, or healthcare technology organizations.
- Proven ability to translate complex scientific concepts into compelling commercial narratives and training programs.
- Strong track record of leading cross-functional initiatives that improve commercial performance and market readiness.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills; comfortable engaging with senior leadership and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
