Property and Leasing Manager
CaringspacesProperty & leasing manager supporting a growing real estate company with hybrid work. Responsibilities include leasing, administration, and communication with tenants.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leasing & communication
- Create and maintain property listings
- Communicate with prospective tenants (email & phone)
- Schedule and prepare property viewings
- Assist with viewings (digitally or on-site)
- Support the leasing of our properties
- Support day-to-day property management operations
- Maintain lease agreements, documents and data
- General organizational and administrative tasks
- Structure and optimize internal processes
- Prepare property account statements
- Support accounts receivable management (e.g., verify incoming payments)
- Assist accounting and tax advisors
- Maintain Excel spreadsheets and perform basic analyses
- Coordinate with external service providers (e.g., cleaning, maintenance/caretaker)
- Support ongoing property operations
- Help improve processes and workflows
Requirements
What you’ll need- Some experience in commercial/administrative roles, real estate, or office organization is an advantage
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Interest in real estate and organizational tasks
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to pitch in
