About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Leasing & communication
  • Create and maintain property listings
  • Communicate with prospective tenants (email & phone)
  • Schedule and prepare property viewings
  • Assist with viewings (digitally or on-site)
  • Support the leasing of our properties
  • Support day-to-day property management operations
  • Maintain lease agreements, documents and data
  • General organizational and administrative tasks
  • Structure and optimize internal processes
  • Prepare property account statements
  • Support accounts receivable management (e.g., verify incoming payments)
  • Assist accounting and tax advisors
  • Maintain Excel spreadsheets and perform basic analyses
  • Coordinate with external service providers (e.g., cleaning, maintenance/caretaker)
  • Support ongoing property operations
  • Help improve processes and workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Some experience in commercial/administrative roles, real estate, or office organization is an advantage
  • Structured, reliable, and independent working style
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Interest in real estate and organizational tasks
  • Hands-on mentality and willingness to pitch in
