About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the financial and technical performance of a residential property portfolio
Manage and optimize the economic performance of the property portfolio
Plan and implement ads, marketing and leasing strategies
Leasing with a focus on furnished and special leasing models
Active client communication and sales activities
Conduct viewings (on-site & digital)
Lead client negotiations including price, contract and length-of-stay discussions
Accounts receivable and collections management
Close communication with owners/clients including key-account activities
Review, feedback and quality management to continuously optimize leasing processes
Coordinate cleaning, janitorial and building-technical services
Create and maintain shift and deployment schedules for external service providers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed commercial vocational training, preferably in the real estate sector (e.g., real estate clerk/agent, office administrator) or equivalent qualification
Experience in leasing management, property management or asset/property management is an advantage
Strong commercial thinking and understanding of performance metrics
Strong communication skills, proven negotiation ability and a sales-oriented mindset
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP or property management software desirable
Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for taking responsibility
