About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and warmth

Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic computer programs
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Active listening skills with a caring and empathetic approach
- Ability to build rapport and make people feel comfortable
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Comfortable typing and entering data accurately
- Professional, positive, and dependable
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Availability Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- Must be able to come into the office one day a week
