Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic computer programs
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Active listening skills with a caring and empathetic approach
  • Ability to build rapport and make people feel comfortable
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Comfortable typing and entering data accurately
  • Professional, positive, and dependable
  • Availability Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, high-volume environment
