About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- This is a hybrid position with a combination of onsite and remote days per week
- Promotes and provides strategic, recruitment services within Talent Acquisition for Carilion Clinic
- Ensures timely, accurate and consistent information is delivered with regard to projects and broader initiatives
- Maintains a broad knowledge of all HR areas and activities, while demonstrating strong knowledge of recruitment best practices
- Will serve as a role model/mentor and valued resource to other team members
- Analyzes quarterly talent management system releases and make recommendations on new features and configurations in support of our talent strategy
- Supports the talent management system and troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience with 3 years in specialized area of Human Resources
- Well-developed interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
- Ability to develop and deliver technical presentations to all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
- Must be organized, able to research and analyze information in order to make appropriate decisions.
