About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

This is a hybrid position with a combination of onsite and remote days per week
Promotes and provides strategic, recruitment services within Talent Acquisition for Carilion Clinic
Ensures timely, accurate and consistent information is delivered with regard to projects and broader initiatives
Maintains a broad knowledge of all HR areas and activities, while demonstrating strong knowledge of recruitment best practices
Will serve as a role model/mentor and valued resource to other team members
Analyzes quarterly talent management system releases and make recommendations on new features and configurations in support of our talent strategy
Supports the talent management system and troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Minimum 5 years of experience with 3 years in specialized area of Human Resources
Well-developed interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
Ability to develop and deliver technical presentations to all levels of the organization
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
Must be organized, able to research and analyze information in order to make appropriate decisions.
