Administrative Coordinator – Emergency Medicine, Velocity Care

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support VelocityCare physicians and APPs with payroll, scheduling, onboarding coordination, and credentialing
- Provide administrative support to leadership and department staff
- Serve as a resource to staff by answering questions and resolving concerns
- Coordinate payroll processes and maintain time and attendance records
- Support licensure tracking and regulatory compliance activities as applicable
- Maintain databases, files, and department records
- Coordinate meetings, events, and scheduling logistics
- Provide technical and clerical support including report preparation and document management
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, presentations, and reports
- Collaborate with team members on projects and data-related activities
- Compose correspondence and prepare reports, agendas, and meeting minutes
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data collection, analysis, or advanced administrative support required
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle confidential information and work in a fast-paced environment
