About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support VelocityCare physicians and APPs with payroll, scheduling, onboarding coordination, and credentialing
  • Provide administrative support to leadership and department staff
  • Serve as a resource to staff by answering questions and resolving concerns
  • Coordinate payroll processes and maintain time and attendance records
  • Support licensure tracking and regulatory compliance activities as applicable
  • Maintain databases, files, and department records
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and scheduling logistics
  • Provide technical and clerical support including report preparation and document management
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets, presentations, and reports
  • Collaborate with team members on projects and data-related activities
  • Compose correspondence and prepare reports, agendas, and meeting minutes
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data collection, analysis, or advanced administrative support required
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work in a fast-paced environment
