About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and evolve Caribou’s agent-facing tooling experiences, from discovery to launch to iteration.
  • Drive bottom of funnel conversion and agent efficiency by improving agent workflows and introducing AI and automation for Sales & Operations.
  • Partner with Design and Engineering to deliver high-quality, intuitive user experiences for internal users.
  • Use data and experimentation to drive decisions, size impact, and optimize key user flows.
  • Translate both customer and agent insights into product decisions via lightweight research, interviews, and usability tests.
  • Partner with Analytics and Sales & Operations to size opportunities and validate outcomes.
  • Balance speed and quality by prioritizing scope while maintaining design and performance excellence.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience: 5+ years in product management (or related roles), with a focus on agent-facing products and/or Sales & Operations enablement.
  • Data Fluency: Hands-on with tools like Looker, BigQuery; confident in setting test metrics and reading results.
  • Product Taste: Clear perspective on operational UX and workflow efficiency; can articulate why an interaction works for both users and the business.
  • Collaboration: Strong partnership skills with Design, Research, Engineering, and business stakeholders; comfortable working within design systems.
  • Technical Awareness: Familiarity with AI/ML systems and API integrations; comfortable going deep on implementation details with engineering.
  • Business Acumen: Able to build and maintain a roadmap that solves real business needs; understands tradeoffs across conversion, cost, and customer experience.
  • Communication: Skilled at writing clear specs; adept at driving alignment through both verbal and written communication.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree a plus.
