Affiliate Manager

• Partner with high-value CarGurus customers to deliver targeted support to optimize dealers’ results with CarGurus.
• Develop and lead on-site training and ongoing coaching to dealership employees.
• Prepare resources for new products going to market and ensure all materials are updated regularly.
• Indirectly drive organic account growth and reduce churn events.
• Gather and summarize dealer feedback and proactively communicate this to CarGurus leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Commercialization, Product, Marketing, and Revenue teams to share learnings and insights.
