About the role
- Write and maintain API documentation, developer guides, and product manuals.
- Produce clear release notes, in-app help, and knowledge base articles.
- Draft emails, website copy, and FAQs for product launches and feature updates.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure documentation accuracy.
- Define and enforce content standards, templates, and version control
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing within a SaaS or software environment.
- Proven ability to document REST APIs (Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman).
- Strong knowledge of Markdown, Confluence, Git, and documentation tools.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of Agile/SDLC and software release processes
