Provide technical leadership for an agile engineering team.
Design, develop, and deliver scalable Java applications using Java 17/21 and SpringBoot.
Build cloud-native, distributed, and event-driven solutions.
Lead technical design discussions and perform high-quality code reviews.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of software engineering experience
Expert-level Java development experience (Java 17/21 preferred)
Strong experience with Spring Boot and RESTful APIs
Experience building distributed, event-driven applications
Hands-on experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or similar messaging technologies
Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms
Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, performance tuning, and debugging
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practices
Passion for mentoring engineers and leading by example
Strong AI adoption mindset with experience using AI tools to accelerate software development.
