About the role
- Develop advanced Excel-based financial models, including Power Query, PivotTables, Power Pivot, and complex formulas
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models for executive and operational reporting
- Create automated reporting workflows by integrating Excel and Power BI with financial systems
- Perform detailed variance analysis, trend analysis, and performance reporting
- Translate business and finance requirements into scalable data models and visualizations
- Build and maintain standardized reporting templates and documentation
- Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Sales and business leaders to deliver actionable insights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 2–5+ years of experience in financial analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert-level Excel skills, including Power Query, advanced formulas, and data modeling
- Power BI experience, including familiarity with DAX, data modeling, and report optimization
- Experience connecting BI tools to ERP (MS Business Central), CRM (Salesforce) and internal financial systems
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy controls
