About the role

  • Review, update, and ensure the current accuracy of department policies, procedures, and internal documentation (e.g., SOPs, presentations, policies and other in-house content).
  • File and manage all official documentation, including policies, agreements, and training materials.
  • Coordinate the manual execution of electronic agreements, ensuring proper routing, tracking, and filing.
  • Edit, format, and standardize all compliance documents to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Update, maintain, and query compliance-related databases and information systems to support operational needs.
  • Identify ways to streamline administrative workflows.
  • Prepare physical and electronic training materials for new employee orientation and mandated annual compliance sessions.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for key compliance projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of compliance reports and presentations.
  • Carry out due diligence and screening on third parties to identify and assess compliance risks.
  • Conduct basic administrative reviews of updated company policies to ensure correct formatting, version control, and proper linkage within the internal policy portal.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, and prepare necessary materials (agendas, meeting minutes) to facilitate decision-making and follow up.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in compliance and/or administrative role.
  • A background in a business, logistics or tech environment is a plus.
  • Previous experience in audit, risk management, compliance, and/or legal functions is preferred.
  • Executing, editing, updating, and formatting policies, processes, and other documentation.
  • Research and compile data in business or regulatory topics and issues.
  • Prepare and review range of commercial and vendor contracts.
