Account Executive

• Drive growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities with current and prospective customers within the assigned territory (core of Atl and surrounding areas)
• Manage the entire customer journey from lead generation to onboard (and beyond), ensuring accurate and up-to-date tracking of all activities and opportunities in the CRM (Salesforce) system
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective and existing customers
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to help customers achieve their business objectives using our product solutions
• Ensure a smooth handoff to the customer success team for onboarding, implementation, and long-term customer success
• Hold regular monthly customer business reviews using data and deep expertise to improve customer experience
