About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create and implement a winning procurement strategy that strengthens and expands our Sea Freight product offering across Greece.
  • Lead supplier negotiations and manage key carrier relationships to secure the best outcomes for cargo partner.
  • Drive profitable growth by aligning procurement and sales strategies — building strong customer relationships and securing key accounts.
  • Oversee supplier performance with a continuous improvement mind-set.
  • Champion Sea Freight best practices and standards across the Swedish organization.
  • Work closely with our Trade Lane Managers and Sales teams to deliver exceptional service, customer development, and retention.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive experience in Sea Freight, with a strong commercial and product/pricing focus.
  • A proven track record negotiating with carriers and maintaining influential industry relationships.
  • Fluent in Greek with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • A natural presenter and communicator who can inspire and align teams with your vision.
  • A strategic thinker and strong negotiator with a clear focus on delivering results.
  • A proactive, motivated individual who enjoys leading change and driving innovation.
