About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create and implement a winning procurement strategy that strengthens and expands our Sea Freight product offering across Greece.
Lead supplier negotiations and manage key carrier relationships to secure the best outcomes for cargo partner.
Drive profitable growth by aligning procurement and sales strategies — building strong customer relationships and securing key accounts.
Oversee supplier performance with a continuous improvement mind-set.
Champion Sea Freight best practices and standards across the Swedish organization.
Work closely with our Trade Lane Managers and Sales teams to deliver exceptional service, customer development, and retention.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive experience in Sea Freight, with a strong commercial and product/pricing focus.
A proven track record negotiating with carriers and maintaining influential industry relationships.
Fluent in Greek with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
A natural presenter and communicator who can inspire and align teams with your vision.
A strategic thinker and strong negotiator with a clear focus on delivering results.
A proactive, motivated individual who enjoys leading change and driving innovation.
