Coordinate, direct and lead sales within defined field of responsibility
Own business development activities and retain existing clients
Manage route management and development of defined markets and trade lanes
Manage, develop and oversee global agents relationship for defined markets and trade lanes
Represent interests of the Company before third parties and coordinate relations with other sections
Follow and accomplish Business Development department common targets and pursue profit policy
Perform partner development for defined geographical area and attract target partners for the cargo-partner network
Maintain expertise in country facts, economic geography, competitor information, key and target accounts
Perform sales lead management and apply sales pressure to partners and internal groups
Monitor risk management and payment term agreements; publish system partners and assist superior route management
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration/ Logistics or equivalent
Approximately 3 years’ business development/ sales experience
Fluency in both English & Mandarin
Proven track record of opening doors and closing sales
Sales-savvy and customer service oriented
