About the role
- Coordinate, direct and lead sales within defined field of responsibility
- Own business development activities and retain existing clients
- Manage route management and development of defined markets and trade lanes
- Manage, develop and oversee global agents relationship for defined markets and trade lanes
- Represent interests of the Company before third parties and coordinate relations with other sections
- Follow and accomplish Business Development department common targets and pursue profit policy
- Perform partner development for defined geographical area and attract target partners for the cargo-partner network
- Maintain expertise in country facts, economic geography, competitor information, key and target accounts
- Perform sales lead management and apply sales pressure to partners and internal groups
- Monitor risk management and payment term agreements; publish system partners and assist superior route management
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration/ Logistics or equivalent
- Approximately 3 years’ business development/ sales experience
- Fluency in both English & Mandarin
- Proven track record of opening doors and closing sales
- Sales-savvy and customer service oriented
