About the role
- Drive and generate new business development through focusing on Sea Cargo
- Build strong rapport and relationships with existing customers to maximize customer satisfaction and grow existing business
- Participate in tender bids and lead price negotiation with customers, prepare proposals and quotations
- Identify new business opportunities and build up the cargo-partner brand in the marketplace
- Collaborate with dedicated operations and report to your superior to achieve KPIs and business development goals
Requirements
- Experience in freight forwarding/logistics industry with proven track record in sales in Sea Cargo
- Decent knowledge of local market and established customer contacts
- Experience in using CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Fluent English
