About the role

  • Drive and generate new business development through focusing on Sea Cargo
  • Build strong rapport and relationships with existing customers to maximize customer satisfaction and grow existing business
  • Participate in tender bids and lead price negotiation with customers, prepare proposals and quotations
  • Identify new business opportunities and build up the cargo-partner brand in the marketplace
  • Collaborate with dedicated operations and report to your superior to achieve KPIs and business development goals

Requirements

  • Experience in freight forwarding/logistics industry with proven track record in sales in Sea Cargo
  • Decent knowledge of local market and established customer contacts
  • Experience in using CRM tools (Salesforce)
  • Fluent English
