About the role
- Run point on projects across the organisation: develop commercial models, drive strategic initiatives, deep dive on topics to support decisions
- Build dashboards and reports; identify key metrics and provide leaders with clear views on progress
- Step into teams across the business to solve critical problems or move the needle on big projects
- Design and roll out operating cadences, tools and systems to keep global company aligned, connected, collaborating and accountable
- Work closely with founders and leadership team on diverse fast paced projects
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or consulting, ideally in a tech or high-growth environment
- Strong analytical toolkit - advanced Excel/Sheets skills
- Self sufficient in SQL and BI tools
- Proven project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Builder mindset: designing systems, processes, and solutions that scale
- Pragmatic and outcome-focused
