About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the quality, accuracy, governance, discoverability, and effectiveness of knowledge assets across the ServiceNow platform
- Enable consistent knowledge experiences and self-service capabilities across IT, HR, Finance, Procurement, and other enterprise service areas
- Partner with the Organizational Change Management Lead on adoption efforts, training updates, and enablement strategies
- Improve content discoverability, search relevance, knowledge reuse, and AI-powered employee experiences with AI Search, Virtual Agent, Employee Center, and platform teams
- Monitor content health, article quality, user feedback, and search performance
- Facilitate regular content reviews and drive continuous knowledge-base and user-experience improvement
- Collaborate with product managers, platform owners, service owners, support teams, and business stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps and prioritize content development
- Provide coaching and training on knowledge management standards and Knowledge-Centered Service practices
- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics for article usage, search success, self-service adoption, case deflection, content health, and customer satisfaction
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve knowledge outcomes
- Identify and implement improvements to knowledge management processes, workflows, automation, and platform integrations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Knowledge Management, or a related field
- Experience supporting the ServiceNow Knowledge Management platform
- Experience developing and implementing knowledge governance standards, content lifecycle processes, and knowledge management best practices
- Preferred: experience supporting ServiceNow Knowledge Management, Employee Center, AI Search, or Virtual Agent capabilities
- Preferred: experience leading or supporting enterprise knowledge management programs and governance frameworks
- Preferred: experience developing knowledge taxonomies, metadata standards, and information architecture
- Preferred: experience supporting employee self-service, digital employee experience, or service delivery transformation initiatives
- Preferred: Knowledge-Centered Service certification or experience applying KCS methodologies
- Must be able to work without relocation assistance or visa sponsorship for this position
