About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, configure, test, deploy, and optimize scalable UKG Pro WFM solutions
Support timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, accruals, attestation, and integrations across a global enterprise
Configure complex applications to meet user and business requirements
Develop and deploy fixes and updates for application version releases
Communicate with users and respond to complex application support requests
Conduct technical application support activities to deliver business outcomes
Partner with developers, product managers, HR, Payroll, Technology, and business stakeholders
Prioritize incoming incident tickets and user requests
Manage software vendor relationships and negotiate complex contracts
Translate UKG Pro WFM technical possibilities and constraints for business stakeholders
Convert process pain points into actionable direction for configuration and development resources
Help drive the transition from a project-based to a product-based operating model

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
Strong experience with UKG Pro WFM development and configurations
UKG Pro Timekeeping Certified
Hands-on expertise with UKG Pro timekeeping modules, including Boomi integrations, Timekeeping, Attendance, Accruals, and Attestation
Experience working with UKG Pro in the LATAM region
Agile project management experience
Must be authorized to work indefinitely for any employer in the United States without sponsorship, transfer, or immigration support
