About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the team with face to face and remote selling to new and existing customers
- Appoint new distributors
- Sell directly or indirectly through various sales channels for your assigned territory
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and solutions to the farmers
- Help develop and deliver sales bids, proposals, presentations
- Participate in conducting product demonstrations
- Help identify and contact prospective customers
- Build customer relationships to generate future sales and repeat business
- Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
- Strong exposure in sales advisor role, general trade and distribution sales in the agriculture sector
- Sales exposure in the Dairy / Cattle Feed Sales background is an added advantage
- Should have very strong connects with farmers
- Must be fluent in speaking local language
- Proven experience in increasing sales and profitability in the assigned territory
- Ability to manage multiple dealers and SKU's
