Key responsibilities & impact- Organize and coordinate sales operations in a specified geographical area
- Evaluate market potential and the status of sales in the area
- Plan and organize sales projects and activities for a geographical area
- Plan, develop and deliver the marketing strategy for products, services and associated brands
- Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a sales team, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience
- Minimum of six years of related work experience in sales, business development or related field
- Experience in the ruminant nutrition, animal health, animal nutrition or related field
- Able and willing to travel up to 60%
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
