Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum requirement of 6 years of relevant work experience across strategy and commercial roles
Typically reflects 10 years or more of relevant experience
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience driving cross-functional initiatives and business outcomes
Proven ability to solve complex business problems and effectively engage senior leaders
Experience advancing commercial excellence capabilities, operating models, and strategy execution with measurable results
Master’s degree in Business Administration preferred
