  • Lead and develop strategy, sales teams and processes to achieve revenue targets
  • Provide strategic vision and tactical direction
  • Oversee and direct the responsibilities of the mountain southwest sales team
  • Promote and sell the company's products and services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience
  • Minimum of six years of related work experience in sales, business development or related field
  • Experience in the dairy industry, ruminant nutrition, agriculture or related field
  • Able and willing to travel up to 60%
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing
  • Three years of supervisory experience (preferred)
  • Sales experience in animal nutrition, feed, animal health, additives, supplements (preferred)
