About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop strategy, sales teams and processes to achieve revenue targets
- Provide strategic vision and tactical direction
- Oversee and direct the responsibilities of the mountain southwest sales team
- Promote and sell the company's products and services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience
- Minimum of six years of related work experience in sales, business development or related field
- Experience in the dairy industry, ruminant nutrition, agriculture or related field
- Able and willing to travel up to 60%
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Three years of supervisory experience (preferred)
- Sales experience in animal nutrition, feed, animal health, additives, supplements (preferred)
