Key responsibilities & impact

Provide food safety, quality and regulatory leadership for a group of plants
Partner with stakeholders to create alignment on strategy and processes
Drive continuous improvement across the region
Analyze, review and interpret regulations and implement necessary policies
Build and maintain leadership partnerships
Facilitate resolution of complex issues and anticipate risks
Support development of new innovations and process maintenance initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Experience in the areas of food safety, quality assurance and regulatory affairs
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Minimum of two years of direct supervisory experience including performance management
Travel up to 25%
Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada
