- Sets goals and objectives for the achievement of operational results for the team
- Leads the network devices configuration, maintenance and upgrades
- Oversees network performance monitoring and troubleshooting issues
- Implements strategic initiatives to improve network performance, security and scalability
- Maintains vendor relationships and coordinates budget allocations
- Facilitates adopting innovative technologies and best in class industry standards
Requirements
- Minimum requirement of 4 years of experience leading a team of network engineers and/or implementing network strategies
- Proven experience designing and delivering network strategies and solutions across complex, global enterprise environments
- Extensive background designing, implementing, and supporting LAN infrastructures for diverse locations
