About the role
- Sets goals and objectives for operational results for the team responsible for maintaining the robustness and efficiency of network infrastructure.
- Leads the network devices configuration, maintenance and upgrades, and oversees network performance monitoring and troubleshooting issues.
- Implements strategic initiatives to improve network performance, security and scalability.
- Maintains vendor relationships, coordinates budget allocations, and facilitates adopting innovative technologies and best-in-class industry standards.
Requirements
- Minimum requirement of 4 years of experience leading a team of network engineers and/or implementing network strategies.
- Proven experience designing and delivering network strategies and solutions across complex, global enterprise environments.
- Extensive background designing, implementing, and supporting LAN infrastructures for diverse locations—from small offices and plants to large corporate campuses and major manufacturing sites.
