- Ensure final product shipments meet or exceed requirements
- Maintain and improve the product safety culture at the site
- Drive the food safety, quality and regulatory culture
- Provide leadership and communication to the team
- Develop and assess systems and processes
- Build and foster relationships with customers and regulatory agencies
- Perform prevention activities to identify risks
- Analyze and interpret policies and regulations
- Lead and develop a team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Two years of supervisory experience
- Knowledge and experience with product lines
- Experience interacting with internal and external customers
- Experience managing and deploying a food safety, quality and regulatory management system
- Experience with an approved audit scheme
